Nutrition notes
Approximately 410 calories per serving. Actual values vary with brands, portions and substitutions. The combination is designed to provide fibre, protein and colourful produce; it is not a therapeutic meal plan.
Flexible swaps
Use a tolerated bean, tofu, egg, fish or poultry option for protein. Choose gluten-free grains if medically required. Reduce sodium by relying on citrus, herbs and spices.
Storage and food safety
Refrigerate leftovers in a shallow, covered container within two hours and use within 3–4 days. Reheat cooked dishes until steaming throughout. When in doubt, discard food with an unsafe storage history.
Dietary note: Ingredient needs vary with allergies and health conditions. Check every label and consult a qualified professional for personalised guidance.
